Terms and Conditions of Service
Version 2.0 | Effective May 2026
1. The Agreement
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between INFINITE ANGEL LLC, operating as A.C.E. / ACE (referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us") and the Purchaser ("Client" or "you"). By completing your purchase of the AI Income Engine 2.0 ($1,997 USD or $1,099 x 2), you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Intellectual Property & License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access the ACE training materials hosted via Whop.
Any attempt to record, scrape, or redistribute ACE proprietary materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
We utilize tracking technology to monitor access; multiple concurrent IPs from different geographic locations will trigger a security lock.
3. The Zonbase Bundle & Infrastructure
Your purchase includes a 12-month subscription to the Zonbase software suite.
- Third-Party Terms: Your use of Zonbase is subject to their independent Terms of Service. ACE is not liable for Amazon account suspensions or data loss within the Zonbase dashboard.
- Zonbase Partner Relationship: ACE is an authorized partner of Zonbase. A portion of your fee is allocated to the provisioning of this license.
4. Strict No-Refund Policy & Chargebacks
Due to the immediate digital delivery of the ACE Roadmap and the activation of your 12-month Zonbase license, all sales are final.
Chargeback Waiver
By checking the "I Agree" box at checkout, you waive your right to dispute the transaction with your financial institution on the grounds of "services not received," as access is granted instantly upon payment.
Consequences of Dispute
Any initiated chargeback will result in the immediate revocation of your Whop access and the termination of your Zonbase subscription.
5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Florida.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS messages from INFINITE ANGEL LLC, operating as A.C.E. / ACE, for the message category selected.
Informational and customer-care SMS messages may include responses to inquiries, account or course access updates, purchase or subscription reminders, and support follow-ups.
Promotional SMS messages may include training offers, discount reminders, free-training reminders, webinar or event reminders, and service announcements, and are sent only when promotional SMS consent is selected.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
